What does great teamwork look like?

This question was posed to Eben, Indiya and Kate as they began their work for term 4 looking at collaborative problem solving. We will be building with the Imaginx kits over the coming weeks. After completing our first build today, we had established that great teamwork required; communication, attention to detail,  creativity and flexibility.  I wonder what else we will add to our criteria in the coming sessions?
